An HO Scale layout loosely based on the Chicago Line running from Cleveland, Ohio westward to the OH/IN state line.
This is a small snap shot of some locomotives working the Chicago Line and the associated industries.
I’ll continue to add more as I take photos and upload them to the site. All units are DCC equipped with ESU LokSound or LokPilot decoders. Some units have been modified with new road numbers, decals or painting, and then custom weathered based on prototype photos.

My home layout hosts Norfolk Southern operations from the late 2000’s up until today. The HO Scale layout is loosely based on the former Conrail Chicago mainline between Cleveland and Chicago. Upwards of 100 trains a day operate on this double main.
Occasionally, I’ll run trains from the late 1970’s as Conrail was beginning it’s journey of incorporating all of the bankrupt rail lines into the lean, profitable operation it became before being split between CSX and Norfolk Southern on June 1, 1999
